Carol Martin and Steve McKenzie produce their Bubble Glass on the beautiful South Shore of Nova Scotia. The process of fusing coloured glazes between layers of ordinary window glass produces the trapped bubbles that are distinctive to their work. Whether the newer abstract patterns or the traditional nature and marine motifs, the blues and greens of the glass echo the land and sea that they see around them.
